Your information is used to assess your eligibility, submit your application to employers and immigration authorities, process payments, and keep you informed about the status of your application.
Sharing
We share your details only with the employer you applied to, the relevant embassy or immigration authority, and our payment processor. We never sell your data.
Storage and security
Documents are stored in access-controlled storage and are visible only to you and authorised staff. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account by writing to info@qmptravels.com. Some records must be retained where required by immigration or financial regulations.
